Our Cultural Pillars: Happiness
At Integrate, we’ve built our customer centric culture on five pillars. They’re the heart and soul of how we approach our work and how we serve our customers. This is one of a series of posts in which we’ll describe one of the pillars and how it makes Integrate, well, Integrate.
Integrate Cultural Pillar #3 – Happiness
We take happiness seriously.
And if that idea makes you smile, well, mission accomplished.
Our happiness pillar is the foundation for a work culture in which talented, creative people can thrive. Here, we celebrate each other. We share credit for jobs well done. We stay humble. We have each other’s backs.
All of this positive energy not only makes us happy, it generates the innovative thinking, the give and take of great ideas, and the continuous improvement that are at the heart of our relationship to B2B marketers.
We’re always looking for new ways to surprise and delight our customers. With great new ideas and products, smart solutions to the challenges they face, and a level of nimble responsiveness that’s unexpected.
“Happiness as a cultural pillar seems funny at first blush, but it’s really, really important, said Emily Higgins, Product Marketer. “We’re in this not just to provide high-quality work. We’re in this to make B2B marketers’ lives easier. We like to say we deliver happiness, every day.”
In other words, we do take this seriously. The happiness pillar keeps us focused daily on doing every little and big thing the right way––on asking the right questions and proposing surprisingly effective solutions––all so our customers can take a deep breath, look at the results. And smile.
That makes us happy, too.
