Jeremy Bloom, Co-Founder and President
Jeremy Bloom co-founded Integrate in 2010. Since then, he has helped grow the company from its roots in lead generation to a leader in advertising technology. As the market-facing co-founder of Integrate, he oversees the sales and business development efforts at the company.
As an athlete, Jeremy was best known for his highly competitive spirit. After ending his playing days in the NFL and a Hall of Fame skiing career, he honed his business expertise at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to co-founding Integrate, Jeremy established the Wish of a Lifetime Foundation, an organization that grants lifelong wishes to senior citizens. In 2009, he created MDinfo.com, a health portal that connects medical experts with people around the world. Most recently, Jeremy was honored both in Forbes’ “30 Under 30” in technology, and in Denver Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40.”
Hart Cunningham, Chairman and CEO
As Integrate’s Chief Executive Officer, Hart Cunningham is responsible for Integrate’s day-to-day operations, as well as overseeing the technical structure of the platform. He co-founded Integrate with Jeremy Bloom in 2010 with the intention of unifying the fragmented advertising industry. Under his leadership, Integrate’s customer acquisition marketplace has evolved into the industry’s first centralized media-management platform.
Hart received an MBA from Claremont Colleges shortly before launching his first global company at age 24. His entrepreneurial achievements have been featured in over 75 major newspapers, qualifying him as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in two consecutive years. Prior to creating Integrate, Hart sat on the influential Chamber of Commerce CEO Roundtable Board, policy-making think tank comprising Fortune 500 officers, bank directors and government officials.
Scott Vaughan, CMO
Scott Vaughan joined Integrate as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in the fall of 2013. Scott leads the company's go-to-market and marketing strategy focused across the organization on growing and serving its rapidly increasing customer base and market relationships.
Previously, Scott served as CMO of UBM Tech/TechWeb, a $300m global information, digital media and events business comprised of market-defining brands such as InformationWeek, CRN, Black Hat, EETimes and Game Developer Conference. In this role, Scott led a high-performing marketing team focused on using data-driven marketing to engage and serve business and technology professionals and the marketers trying to reach them.
Scott's experience also includes roles as VP of Marketing Services at UBM, Publisher of InformationWeek, the most influential business technology brand, founding Publisher of Optimize magazine, a media brand geared for CIOs and C-level executives, along with sales and sales management roles for CMP Technology. His technology market background includes positions as VP of Marketing at Centricity Software, where he joined the founders to launch the software firm, and a five year role at Fibermux, where he ran marketing communications until the networking company was acquired by ADC Telecommunications.
David Tomizuka, CFO
David Tomizuka was appointed to the role as CFO at Integrate in the fall of 2013. Dave’s primary focus is to optimize operations across the entire organization and to ensure that the company’s immediate and future financial strategies support fulfillment of long-term goals.
Prior to Integrate, Dave served as a Managing Director for the investment banking division of Southwest Securities, Inc., a subsidiary of SWS Group, Inc. where he focused on complex financial advisory engagements including merger and acquisition (M&A) and financing transactions for clients in both technology and communications sectors. Before SWS, he functioned as the president at three different companies, most recently as President of Valley-Dynamo, LLC. a division of Brunswick Corporation.
Dave brings twenty years of deep experience in publicly-traded, privately-held and founder-backed companies across multiple verticals including tech, telecom, energy, financial services and manufacturing. He has frequently managed finance operations in addition to other key organizational functions. An experienced corporate development professional in both US and international markets, Dave completed his undergrad at University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School and received his MBA in Business Administration from Stanford University.
