Jeremy Bloom co-founded Integrate in 2010. Since then,
he has helped grow the company from its roots in lead
generation to a leader in marketing technology. As CEO
of Integrate, he oversees all divisions within the
company, focusing heavily on business development
and customer success efforts.
As an athlete, Jeremy was best known for his highly
competitive spirit. After ending his playing days in the
NFL and a Hall of Fame skiing career, he honed his
business expertise at The Wharton School at the
University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to co-founding Integrate, Jeremy established the
Wish of a Lifetime Foundation, an organization that
grants lifelong wishes to senior citizens. In 2009, he
created MDinfo.com, a health portal that connects
medical experts with people around the world. Jeremy
has received numerous business honors while leading
Integrate, including Forbes' “30 Under 30” in technology,
DMN News “40 Under 40”, and 2013 Ernst & Young
Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist.
Scott leads Integrate's go-to-market strategy and
focuses on identifying and developing the company's
rapidly growing customer base and market
relationships. His passion is focused on unlocking the
potential of marketing, media and technology to drive
business and customer value.
Previously, Scott served as CMO and VP, Marketing
Services of UBM Tech, a global information, digital
media and events business comprised of more than
50 market-defining brands. In this role, he led a
high-performance marketing team focused on using
data-driven marketing to engage and serve business
and technology professionals and the marketers
trying to reach them. Scott's experience also includes
roles as Publisher of InformationWeek, VP of
Marketing at Centricity Software, where he joined the
founders to launch the software firm, and a five year
role at Fibermux, where he ran marketing
communications until the networking company was
acquired by ADC.
David Tomizuka was appointed to the role as CFO at
Integrate in the fall of 2013. Dave's primary focus is to
optimize operations across the entire organization and
to ensure that the company's immediate and future financial
strategies support fulfillment of long-term goals.
Dave brings twenty years of deep experience in
publicly-traded, privately-held and founder-backed
companies across multiple verticals including tech,
telecom, energy, financial services and manufacturing.
Prior to Integrate, he served as a Managing Director for
the investment banking division of Southwest Securities,
Inc., a subsidiary of SWS Group, Inc. where he focused on
complex financial advisory engagements including merger
and acquisition (M&A) and financing transactions for
clients in both technology and communications sectors.
Before SWS, he functioned as the president at three
different companies, most recently as President of
Valley-Dynamo, LLC. a division of Brunswick Corporation.
Bodhi Short oversees Product Development and
Operations for Integrate. As the central point of
communication for multiple divisions, Bodhi identifies
internal development opportunities to enhance company
cohesion as well as overall efficiency.
Prior to joining Integrate, Bodhi was the advertising
director of a popular social networking website. He also
built and managed a full-service display network that grew
to serve more than 10 billion monthly ad impressions. As
SVP of Products and Operations, he creates the company's
technology roadmap and collaborates with the design and
development teams to bring Integrate's innovative products
from concept to fruition.
As VP of Sales, Tom Click holds direct responsibility for
driving and supporting Integrate's revenue growth. He
leads all five of Integrate's software sales divisions and
is focused on establishing Integrate as the leading
marketing software in its category.
Tom has spent the entirety of his career in B2B sales and
demand generation. He sold B2B solutions for Nextel
prior to its merger with Sprint, and later spent 12 years
with TechTarget, serving as sales director for the
company's $30m networking and security media
business unit. Tom holds a bachelor's degree in
marketing from the University of Massachusetts,
Amherst Isenberg School of Management.
As Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Jeremy
Dempsey's primary focus is help marketers streamline
their workflows and operations, increase operational
efficiency and achieve a greater ROI on their marketing
investments via Integrate's marketing software. Prior to his
current role, he drove the development and implementation
of demand generation strategies for Integrate's B2B
partners—while guiding the company's B2B strategy, including
thought leadership, content marketing and branding efforts.
Before joining Integrate, Jeremy earned his stripes with Blue
Sky Factory and Gold Lasso, where he focused on transforming
organizations with limited functionality into marketing
automation companies. He also built the first transparent B2B
co-registration platform, helping organizations such as
Marketing Sherpa, HubSpot, eMarketer and iMedia Connection
grow their audiences and fill their sales funnels.
As director of Integrate's western region sales, Ben Henson
consults directly with many of the company's most
prestigious brand and agency clients to increase
operational efficiency, while improving customer
experience and driving measurable ROI for their
organizations. With over a decade of experience in lead
generation, social intelligence and B2B marketing, Ben
brings a balanced approach to strategic development.
Ben most recently spent two years with Focus Research, a
leading provider of high quality IT and research leads
acquired by Ziff Davis in 2011. Prior to Focus, Ben was a
major contributor of TechTarget's global accounts team
following the company's acquisition of Bitpipe, his first
move into the IT lead generation space.
As Integrate's VP of Sales & Marketing Operations, Kyle
Gale identifies strategic market segments and key
accounts for Integrate's marketing software and media
services sales divisions. He is responsible for the direction
and implementation of the company's sales strategy.
Prior to joining Integrate in 2010, Kyle held various
positions at Monster.com. While there, he spearheaded a
new division that would produce $6M in monthly revenue.
Before joining Monster, Kyle held a sales management role
with IBM, where he consistently produced the highest
performing team in a division that generated $1B in annual
As GM of Media Services, David Walsh oversees all of
Integrate's strategy consultation and program management
services. He brings over a decade of experience in the lead
generation, performance marketing and media buying
industries to Integrate's media services division. His focus
on team dynamics and understanding of business growth
metrics drives ongoing expansion of Integrate's fulfillment
capabilities across online, offline and mobile channels.
Before joining Integrate, David was senior affiliate manager
with Value Click and increased the profitability of its CPA
product tenfold in 3 years. In 2007, David joined Dedicated
Media and founded the company's CPA DNA division as its
director. In the three years he spent with Dedicated, David
led the CPA DNA division to an annual revenue run rate in
excess of $30 million.
April Weber is the Vice President of Media Services, and
oversees the company's relationships with agencies and
advertisers. April leads the media services team and
specializes in educating the team and agencies about the
evolving world of online marketing in order to help them
develop, execute and manage online marketing strategies
April has spent the majority of her career in online media.
She started her career in a traditional agency environment
in 1996 working with NBC affiliates as well as New York
Times. She made the move to the online space in 1998 with
Travelnow.com who eventually sold to Expedia. Throughout
her 17 year career she has worked with media strategies
and brand management ranging from large brands to start
up online companies in both B2B and B2C environments.
As the Director of Recruiting and Staffing, Alex King is the
key internal resource for building and managing a
successful and talented workforce across the country. With
nearly a decade of industry experience, Alex works
strategically to attract and retain qualified personnel in a

the company recognitions as Healthiest Employer and Best Company to Work for in AZ.
Veronica joined Integrate in 2010, bringing deep experience across an array of
administrative and human resources roles. Armed with an innate understanding of
human development, she is a vital component in helping Integrate and
its team reach maximum organizational potential.
Bruce Dines is a Partner at Liberty Global Ventures, the
Corporate Venture Arm of Fortune 500 Company, Liberty
Global, Inc. In his role, he works closely with the CTO and
Technology team to develop the LGI Investment Portfolio.
Bruce brings over 25 years of technology and
telecommunications experience to Liberty Global. Over half
of those years have been spent in earlier stage environments,
where Bruce has founded companies and led businesses from
concept and model development, through the capital
formation, revenue generation and team building phases,
ultimately realizing successful exits on 3 different companies.
The other half of his career has been spent as President or
Division President in mid-size and large corporations,
including comCables, Northstar Exchange, EHPT and Ericsson

Sam Landman is a Principal at Comcast Ventures where he
focuses his efforts on digital media, advertising and
consumer-internet related venture investing. In addition to
Integrate, Sam currently serves on the board of Perfect Market
and is a board observer for JiWire, Ramp, Ubermedia, and
Prior to joining Comcast Ventures, Sam worked in business
development at The Electric Sheep Company, an Emmy
award-winning creator of virtual worlds and social games for
major brands and media companies. Prior to that, Sam was an
investment professional at Gladwyne Partners, manager of the
$515 million Invemed Catalyst Fund where he worked on a range
of early and late stage investments across technology, media and
service industries including Ambassadors Group, Geeknet, World
Wrestling Entertainment and The Electric Sheep Company.
Seth's career spans venture capital investing as well as
operational, transactional and advisory roles at both public
and private companies. His successful exits include SideTour
(acquired by Groupon 10/13), AdMeld (acquired by Google in
12/11) and Lijit (acquired by Federated Media Publishing 9/11).
Prior to co-founding Foundry Group, Seth began his venture
capital career at Mobius Venture Capital. Before Mobius, he
joined FirstWorld Communications where he led their IPO in
2000 and negotiated equity investments from Microsoft, SAIC
and Lucent Technologies, totaling over $260 million.
Previously, he led the mergers and acquisitions practice for
the business development group of ICG Communications and
served as an investment banker in Morgan Stanley's
telecommunications corporate finance practice.
Veteran technology and management executive, Reggie
Bradford is SVP of Product Development for Oracle, combining
more than 20 years of experience across technology, Internet
and marketing sectors. Prior to joining Oracle, he was founder
and CEO of Vitrue, where he developed the company into the
leading provider of social marketing publishing software for
global brands and agencies. Vitrue was acquired by Oracle in
May 2012 and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oracle.
Prior to founding Vitrue, Reggie served as President and board
member of TANDBERG Television, which was acquired by
Ericsson. He also served as the President and CEO of N2
Broadband, which was acquired by TANDBERG in 2005. Reggie
was named one of the top 10 Entrepreneurs of the Year in 2010
by Business to Business, E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012
and MIT Distinguished Entrepreneur in 2013.
David Karnstedt works directly with Integrate’s executive team to advise on
company strategy and help identify emerging market opportunities.
He is considered a digital media expert and is frequently featured by
mainstream business press as well in publications such as Forbes and AdAge.
Most recently, David was the Senior Vice President of Media and Advertising Solutions at Adobe,
where he lead the company’s global digital marketing efforts across search,
display, video and social advertising. Prior to Adobe, he served as CEO and
President of Efficient Frontier, which was acquired by Adobe in January 2012.
Additionally, he has held executive and advisory roles at Redpoint Ventures, Yahoo!,
Overture Services, Alta Vista, and Wired Digital. David currently serves on the
Board of Directors of Quantifind and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
