Product Specialist
Objective:- The Product Specialist in responsible for prospecting new Buyers and Sellers to run online and offline marketing campaigns on the platform.
- Create marketing strategies and procedures to bring on more buyers and sellers to run campaigns in multiple industries (insurance, debt, education, etc.).
- Identify client’s needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, and ensure that all campaigns are running smoothly for them.
- Contact clients via telephone and email regarding status of account and current campaigns.

Programmer/Analyst

Proposals Writer (RFP, RFI, RFQ)
Objective:- Primary duties: Writes, edits and proofreads Integrate’s proposed marketing solutions in response to Requests For Proposal (RFP), Requests For Information (RFI) and Requests For Quotation (RFQ) received from Integrate users, prospective users, Integrate staff and partner staff.
- Secondary duties: Researches, writes, edits and proofreads various Integrate publications and documents, including case studies, white papers, website content, media kits, investor updates, etc.
- Executes the RFP process for assigned projects, including writing, editing and proofreading proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and similar bid documents for all Integrate products and services. This includes understanding the functionality of Integrate’s services in order to properly answer questions.
- Works with various Integrate managers, staff and partner staff who provide appropriate information and packaging suggestions for responses.
- Adheres to Integrate’s standards and guidelines to develop responses, including any accompanying materials (cover letter, graphics, implementation plan, pricing spreadsheets, etc.), to assigned RFP projects.
- Conducts research for a number of editorial projects, including case studies, white papers, website content, media kits, investor updates and recruiting posts.
- This is an entry-level position, requiring a bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, History or any related major that necessitates substantial research and writing skills.
- Excellent grasp of English language (i.e. grammar, style, spelling, punctuation, etc.)

Objective:- The CPM Specialist prospects for publishers, and manages their inventory through reporting and optimization of ad tags.
- Email potential publishers.
- Manage their inventory, including running reports to ensure we are meeting their minimum eCPM.
- Optimize ad tags that are set up through our Demand Side Platform (DSP) accordingly, while optimizing tags by banning and accepting certain advertisers from running with the publisher.
- Work with the Live Team in matching up campaigns.

Real-Time Trading Desk Rep
Objective:- The Real-Time Trading Desk representative will run tags and analyze data to see how performance-based marketing campaigns will back out.
- Load all Integrate campaigns into the Right Media digital advertising exchange.
- Increase fulfillment of Advertiser campaigns through Right Media publishers/sellers.
- Optimize existing Advertiser offers through detailed analysis and arbitrage across discretionary campaign types with limited risk.
- Add additional Right Media publishers/sellers to gain more fulfillment traction.
- Math/Engineer/Psychology/Computer Engineering/Statistics degree preferred.
- Analytical-thinking important.

- Dealing with financial projections and reporting.

- Provide oversight on all finance and accounting functions.
- Managing cash flow and banking activities.

- Scout necessary tradeshows for our industry, and create lists of clients that are attending through research.
