General QuestionsWhat is Integrate?
Integrate is a real-time lead exchange that offers a solution to the quality issues common to the industry. By acting as a third party between Lead Buyers and Sellers, we keep the interests of both in mind by verifying leads generated by the Seller and validating returns sent back by the Buyer. Integrate uses custom campaigns for each Buyer based on what they're looking for. These campaigns can be fully modified at any time and optimized based on the results. Leads sent to the Buyer are in real-time and specific to that Buyer. Integrate does not allow Sellers to upload leads into a marketplace where they are sold to the highest bidder. Since Integrate.com works with a wide array of sellers using both online and offline marketing mediums, Buyers are given opportunities not commonly found on other lead generation platforms.
Does Integrate sell leads?
No, Integrate is a 3rd party platform that facilitates the lead generation process between Buyers and Sellers. Our technology automatically connects Buyers and Sellers who are best suited for each other. This quick process saves time and money for both sides making client acquisition quick and easy. Integrate.com can also help users expand their business model into lead generation markets they have not yet tapped into. Our system operates well outside the internet marketing industry and touches all aspects of lead generation both B2B and B2C. We have users interested in telemarketing, radio, TV, co-reg, Incentivized co-reg, opt in email, search, SEO, SEM, banner display, and direct mail marketing. Rather than going through testing each company in these markets let Integrate connect you with reputable companies operating in these unexplored mediums.
What is partially transparent?
Buyers on our exchange have access to all information regarding who is running their campaign minus the actual company name of the Seller. Each Seller on our exchange represents themselves with a detailed profile that lists crucial information such as: years in business, lead volume, unique reach, etc. Additionally they provide a brief description about their company and what sets them apart. Before a campaign is launched, Buyers have access to screen shots of the banner, email, direct mail, and co-registration placement of the app. Voice files are provided for radio commercials, call verified, and telemarketing leads. The only items not shown are the URLs of the screenshots along with the name of the Seller's company.
What are the seven steps to quality assurance?
Integrate goes to great lengths to make sure that the leads our Buyers receive are for genuinely interested consumers. Below we've listed the seven steps we go through to ensure the highest quality.
- Approving Seller Websites and Other Traffic Sources
Upon receiving an application for a new Seller, our staff performs an in-depth review of the Seller's method(s) of generating leads whether it's a website with banner ads, opt-in newsletter, co-registration path, paid search, organic search, TV or radio commercial, call verification system, telemarketing company, or direct mailing service.
- Confirming the Seller's Legitimacy
Once the traffic method(s) have been approved, Integrate verifies that the Seller's company information is complete and valid.
- Measuring Traffic
Integrate then verifies the amount of traffic the Seller receives. This is easily measured for a website, an opt-in email list, or other online forms of lead generation, but there are advanced checks performed for all offline types including TV and radio commercials, telemarketing, direct mail, and call verified leads.
- Placement Approval
Integrate.com's in-house QA team approves all application placement prior to launch. Once approved, a screen shot from our QA team is sent to the Buyer for additional approval.
- Checks on Data Sent in
Once the data is posted into Integrate's system, we perform a thorough check of all data received using the industry's top technology to verify the phone number, address and email of each lead.
- Call Validation
This is the last step before the data is posted to the Buyer. We have our own in-house call center that calls a percentage of the leads based on the Buyers request. You, as the Buyer, can choose to have Integrate call all leads, no leads, or "Spot-Check" 20% of the leads.
- Bad Leads From Buyer Broken Down by Seller
This step of the process happens after the Buyer has had a chance to review the posted leads. Any returns sent back to Integrate will show a breakdown of bad leads per Seller. The Buyer can use this information to modify the specific campaign to re-allocate more budget to Sellers with the best quality.
What's the difference between an ad network and Integrate?
Ad networks and Affiliate networks differ from the Integrate.com exchange platform in several ways. First, Integrate.com is a technology platform, not a broker. Through us, Buyers and Sellers are able to directly negotiate campaign details. Second, we invest our own resources to provide a standard for quality for every lead that is sold through our system. This improves conversion ratios for our Buyers and provides a higher level of demand and profitability for our Sellers. Finally, we provide access to both online and offline methods of lead generation on a Cost per Lead basis. Most ad networks work only in the online space and often charge on a Cost per Impression or Cost per Click basis. We believe that with today's marketing methods, a client should only have to pay when an interested consumer is delivered directly to them.
Is there a minimum amount of leads I have to start with?
We suggest Buyers start off with standard test budgets that will allow them to adequately evaluate lead quality from each Seller. Once results from each individual seller are known, the Buyer can then allocate additional amounts to the publishers with the best proven performance.
What if I want to buy and sell leads?
Integrate has no restrictions on having both a Buyer and Seller account. Simply create a
Buyer account and a
Seller account and you'll have access to start generating and purchasing leads. This is perfect for networks and others business models that have the need for both.
How much does it cost to use the Integrate platform?
Integrate.com does not charge a sign up fee or a monthly fee of any kind. Our service fees are based on a sliding scale from 30% to 5% depending on overall volume of the largest party involved in each transaction. This fee goes toward covering our cost of the in-house initial screen, 3rd party verification, lead return validation, platform development, and employee costs. Our fee is already taken into account on the lead prices Buyers and Sellers see in their account when negotiating and are not billed or collected separately.
Buyers and Sellers move into different brackets based on the previous month's total lead volume. The fee for each transaction is determined by the bracket of the largest party involved. For example, in the instance of a small Buyer in the 30% bracket working with a large Seller in the 5% bracket, the overall fee for the entire transaction will be only 5%.
Given that all campaigns are a mix of larger and smaller Buyers and Sellers, the average fee is always lower than each individual company's bracket, excepting the largest companies which are already at the lowest bracket.
Usage fees are broken down as follows:
- 30%- Buyer or Seller transacts up to $25,000 in monthly revenue
- 27%- Buyer or Seller transacts between $25,001 and $75,000 in monthly revenue
- 25%- Buyer or Seller transacts between $75,001 and $150,000 in monthly revenue
- 23%- Buyer or Seller transacts between $150,001 and $250,000 in monthly revenue
- 20%- Buyer or Seller transacts between $250,001 and $500,000 in monthly revenue
- 17%- Buyer or Seller transacts between $500,001 and $750,000 in monthly revenue
- 15%- Buyer or Seller transacts between $750,001 and $1,000,000 in monthly revenue
- 13%- Buyer or Seller transacts between $1,000,001 and $1,500,000 in monthly revenue
- 12%- Buyer or Seller transacts between $1,500,001 and $2,000,000 in monthly revenue
- 11%- Buyer or Seller transacts between $2,000,001 and $2,500,000 in monthly revenue
- 10%- Buyer or Seller transacts between $2,500,001 and $3,000,000 in monthly revenue
- 8%- Buyer or Seller transacts between $3,000,001 and $3,500,000 in monthly revenue
- 7%- Buyer or Seller transacts between $3,500,001 and $4,000,000 in monthly revenue
- 6%- Buyer or Seller transacts between $4,000,001 and $5,000,000 in monthly revenue
- 5%- Buyer or Seller transacts over $5,000,000 in monthly revenue
Please feel free to ask your representative if you have any further questions on these matters or
email support. Also note that there are additional value added options that Buyers can opt into which carry additional fees.
Do I have to sign a contract to use the Integrate platform?
Integrate does not bind anyone to our service. Standard terms and conditions apply for using the exchange and must be signed by everyone, but there are no annual contracts. Follow these links for
Buyer Terms & Conditions and
Seller Terms & Conditions.
Are the leads exclusive?
The Integrate.com platform is designed to promote exclusivity. Every lead is generated in real-time for your specific campaign. We also scrub for duplicate leads and do not allow them into the system. As a fact of the industry, some consumers often apply to multiple sources making a scrub for duplication necessary. Additionally, a lead source may decide on their own to resell a lead they have submitted to you. We do not condone this and find that through using our system to determine overall success from each lead source, sources that partake in the practice of reselling tend to result in lower conversion rates overall and will ultimately result in their inability to demand a higher lead price or in their removal from our platform altogether.
How can I cancel my account?
Partners may cancel at anytime. Integrate.com does not require you to sign any long-term, binding contracts. We do require Buyers to give a standard 48 hour cancellation notice for any active campaigns, to allow Sellers sufficient notice to terminate their marketing efforts.
Where do I sign up?
BuyerWhat is a Buyer?
Integrate defines a Buyer as someone who purchases leads. In other instances, you could consider this the Advertiser or Client. The Buyer has a product or service that they want consumers to purchase or to take a certain action on. Through the Integrate system, they are able to create a campaign with the exact specifications for what they're looking for. The Buyer receives leads from the Seller that have been approved by Integrate.com and they are then able to convert the generated leads into purchasers of their product or service.
What does Integrate offer Buyers?
Integrate offers Buyers the ability to purchase leads in an environment where quality is assured and sources are identifiable. Integrate uses our
seven steps to quality assurance to make sure that qualified leads are received by the Buyer. All leads are then posted to the Buyer using their own specific posting instructions.
As a Buyer, you have access to many different sources all in one place. Whether you're looking for opt-in email, banner/display, co-registration, TV commercials, radio, whitepapers, call verified, SEM, telemarketing, or direct mail leads Integrate is the only system you need.
How much will it cost to join?
There's no cost to join the Integrate platform. It's free to create an account and explore the platform. We encourage you to login to our demo account and talk with one of our experienced support staff to answer any questions you have.
Do I pay the sellers directly?
Integrate takes care of paying individual sellers, so that you don't have to deal with the hassle of making several different payments for each campaign. Your reports will show exactly what is due for the month and you'll only need to make one payment to Integrate no matter how many different offers you're running and regardless of how many different sellers you're purchasing from.
What are the payment terms?
All Buyers on Integrate.com will have two options. Buyers can choose to work on a prepay basis or apply for credit terms. Buyers who wish to work on credit terms will be required to fill out our credit application and submit it for approval. Based on the Buyers credit they will be issued a credit amount and payment terms. An initial invoice will be sent on the 1st of each month for previous month's activities. Buyers have until the 15th of each following month to return invalid leads for the previous month. Once statistics for the previous month are finalized on the 15th, payment will be due 15 days later.
What happens if I'm late on a payment?
Prompt payment is essential to the health of the exchange. Late payments are charged standard interest fees. Non-payment after 45 days will result in campaigns being paused. After 90 days without payment Buyers will be banned from the platform and their contact information will be released to the Sellers for collection. If necessary the Buyer will cover all legal expenses incurred for the pursuit of the outstanding balances. Please see our
Buyer Terms & Conditions for additional information.
Who sets the price of the leads?
Buyers on Integrate.com will initially set the price of their leads. Sellers have the ability to counter offer if they feel the payout is too low. This all takes place in the Communication Center located in the Notification tab of your account.
Is there a minimum/maximum price the leads need to be?
There isn't a minimum or maximum price that leads are required to be at. The price per lead is purely up to each Buyer to set based on the specific campaign. Keep in mind that Sellers are able to counter an offer or decline it all together if the payout is too low.
What are the payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards, check, PayPal, and wire transfer.
How are the leads delivered?
Once Integrate has performed all of the quality checks, leads are sent to the Buyer using the posting instructions provided by the Buyer. Posting can be done via HTTP GET/POST, SOAP, or XML. Additionally, leads are available for download in .csv format.
What methods of traffic sources can be used?
Sellers use a variety of different traffic sources including opt-in email, banner/display, SEM, TV commercials, radio commercials, call verification, direct marketing, whitepapers, telemarketing, and co-registration. Integrate's system will automatically choose Sellers that meet the required criteria of each campaign. The more you open up your offers to allow for more marketing methods, the better you can optimize your campaigns. Rather than only receiving results from a single advertising medium, you now have the power to benefit from multiple mediums at your fingertips.
Will I know who is generating my leads?
Before you choose from the selected Sellers for each of your campaigns, you'll be able to view a description of each Seller and how they generate their leads. Integrate provides lead IDs for all leads generated that can be matched to their source. Based on this information, you'll be able to optimize your campaigns to provide more allocation to Sellers providing the best quality leads.
Will I be able to tell where my ads are being placed?
Integrate.com's Quality Assurance team reviews every application placement for approval. Once approved, a screen shot is provided to the Buyer for approval confirmation. Once approved by both Integrate.com's QA and the Buyer, the Seller will be allowed to activate the campaign.
How long does it take to receive the leads?
Leads are delivered real-time except when our phone verification is requested. In such cases, leads are delivered immediately after phone verification.
What if I need to pause a campaign immediately?
Integrate suggests that Buyers to give at least 24 hours notice of any campaigns being paused. Campaigns can, however, be paused immediately if necessary. Be aware that for some traffic sources, stopping a campaign is more than just the flip off a switch and pausing without notification can cause losses for the Seller.
How do I know I am getting quality leads and how are invalid leads prevented?
Integrate.com uses our
seven steps to quality assurance process to make sure that only interested users are sent through as valid leads. In addition to this, you'll receive feedback that allows you to see which Sellers you're currently working with that are giving you the best lead quality. Based on this information, you can optimize the campaign effectively by changing the payout and budget each Seller has to give your best sources the most allocation.
Do I have to pay for bad leads?
The Integrate.com platform is all about quality and we go to great lengths to make sure that only the highest quality leads are sent to our Buyers. We realize that while we have systems in place for Quality Assurance, we may not catch everything. Our Buyers are able to return up to 20% of any campaign provided the leads are invalid. To return a lead, the Buyer simply needs to upload the LeadID or the email of the lead into our return tool along with the reason for return.
How long do I have to return a lead?
Buyers have until the 15th of each month to return leads from the previous month.
What qualifies a lead as being returnable?
A lead is considered returnable if it contains invalid contact information, is incomplete, denies application or is a duplication of another lead. For more information on invalid leads, please reference our
Buyer Terms & Conditions.
How do I choose which sellers to work with?
Sellers are automatically matched to your campaign based on the requirements you set up. You may review the profile of each seller prior to approval for your campaign. If for any reason you do not approve the Seller, you can remove them from your campaign. Once all Sellers are approved, you then allocate specific budget to each selected Seller.
How long does it take for a campaign to go live?
It takes approximately 24-48 hours for a campaign to go live depending on the lead generation method requested. Some methods such as TV, Radio Telemarketing and Direct Mail require additional time.
How can I make changes to a campaign?
Changes to your campaigns can be made in the My Campaigns section of your Dashboard. Just click on the campaign name from this list and you'll be able to change any fields, marketing methods, lead prices, and any other options on the campaign. Click the Update Campaign button at the bottom to confirm the changes. Some changes require approval before they can be activated.
Can I see what the lead/transaction IDs are?
Yes, every lead you receive will have a Lead ID. This is used to track the source of the lead for optimization purposes.

SellerWhat does Integrate offer Sellers?
Integrate offers Sellers demand for leads without having a sales team. Whether the Seller has the ability to bring in thousands of leads or just a few hundred per month, they will receive the appropriate allocation for their capacity. The Integrate system will only allocate a budget amount that a Seller can achieve based on their profile information. When signing up for the Integrate platform, Sellers will notice many opportunities in verticals they may have never thought of before. All of these different verticals contain large Buyers that may have been thought to be unattainable by Sellers in the past, but the Integrate platform brings all of this together in single, unified system.
How much does it cost to join?
Integrate.com is free for a Seller to join and use. Our overhead costs are removed from the lead sales transaction prior to your negotiated price. This means the Lead price you agree upon is the full price you will receive. As a Seller on our platform, you will never pay a fee out of pocket.
How much will I get paid for the leads I generate?
Each campaign on Integrate has its own unique price point. Lead prices vary depending on the information being collected, how the lead is generated, and the marketing methods. In the Communication Center you will be able to see the campaign lead prices, as well as have the ability to accept, decline, or request a higher payout for a specific campaign.
How and when will I be paid for my leads?
Sellers can receive payments via check, PayPal, or wire transfer. Sellers will be paid 30 days after the campaign has ended. Please note that Integrate will only pay Sellers once we have received payment from the Buyer. In the instance that a Buyer is 90 days late on payment, their information will be turned over to the Seller for collections.
Why should I generate leads using Integrate.com when I could just work with the clients directly?
As a lead provider of Integrate.com you won't need to prospect for direct clients to monetize your site, make any sales pitches, or use a new posting method for each campaign you run. You won't lose money on valid leads being scrubbed out by lead Buyers who don't want to pay for them. You can simply sit back and let Integrate.com's technology do the work for you by introducing you to new clientele. Best of all, Integrate.com is free to join and easy to use.
How will I know I am getting the best return on the leads I generate for your platform?
Sellers have the ability to request increased pricing for any campaign. If a lead does not meet their requirements, the Seller can propose an adjustment. We see that Sellers who provide quality leads receive more allocation and higher payouts per lead.
How do I find offers to run?
When a campaign is created and loaded into the Integrate.com platform by a client, it is matched to qualified Sellers for campaign fulfillment. Sellers are notified by Integrate.com of lead allocation via email or text message. They then have the option to accept, decline or suggest an alternate cost per lead.
What forms of traffic can I use?
Banner, opt-in email/newsletter, SEM, social, TV/Radio, co-registration, whitepapers, mobile, offline surveys, SMS, incentivization, direct marketing, telemarketing, and call verification are all available for use with the Integrate.com platform.
Do I need a website to generate leads with you?
You'll need a website to generate leads if you're using most online traffic methods. If you focus more on email marketing, direct mail, telemarketing, mobile, TV, or radio, a website will not be required to generate leads.
Is there protection against a buyer returning good leads?
Lead Buyers are required to provide full dispositions on each lead they return. Integrate.com spot calls returned leads to be sure no legitimate leads are being returned.
Is there SubID tracking?
Sellers with multiple sources are able to assign SubIDs to differentiate between their providers. SubIDs can contain up to 50 characters.
What do I need to include in my company's description?
Seller profiles should include a brief company description, years in business, verticals, lead generation methods, monthly lead volume, and unique reach.
What posting methods are available?
The standard posting formats for posting leads into Integrate.com are HTTP GET and HTTP POST. Posting instructions are given to each Seller selected to run a particular campaign. Further explanation of each posting method is below.
HTTP GET - The GET method means retrieve whatever information (in the form of an entity) is identified by the Request URL (identifies the resource upon which to apply the request).
HTTP POST - The Post method is used to request that the destination server accept the entity enclosed in the request as a new subordinate of the resource identified by the Request URL in the Request Line.
What if I can't post the leads?
If you're not able to utilize any of the available posting methods Integrate.com can offer an alternative method. You'll be provided an app that is hosted by Integrate.com that you can link to or IFRAME.
Can I upload aged leads?
We do not allow aged leads to be uploaded into the system. All leads are required to be generated in real-time and posted into our system via one of the available posting methods.
